How to check the sand dredger during operation

Inspection of sand dredger operation status:

1. During the operation of the diesel engine, attention should be paid to checking the oil pressure, oil temperature, cooling water temperature, charging current instrument indication, generator voltage, and attention should be paid to observing the exhaust smoke color and listening to internal sounds. If overheating, black smoke, knocking sound, and other abnormal phenomena are found, they should be promptly stopped for inspection and troubleshooting. Diesel engines are not allowed to operate with faults to avoid damage to components.

2. When the diesel engine is running, attention should be paid to the operation of the oil and water connections. If any leaks are found, they should be promptly eliminated.

3. Once the diesel engine experiences a runaway, it should be stopped immediately. If the shutdown fails, the method of blocking the air inlet can be used to stop the diesel engine from running.

4. Is the frequency deviation significant.

5. Is the three-phase and single-phase voltage normal, and is there any overload phenomenon in the three-phase current.

6. Is the signal light indicating normal.

7. Check the condition of the battery. The temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. Use an infrared hygrometer.

8. Is the sound reduction effect ideal.

9. The standby diesel generator shall be put into trial operation for 15 minutes every half month.
